Trade terms

In force as of 10 September 2026.

These terms apply to every order placed by a retailer, a store, a hotel, a restaurant or a specifier. The full wholesale price list is sent on request, together with the catalogue.

Minimum order

The minimum applies to the basket as a whole, not to each line. You are free to build your own assortment across the collections: the seventeen glazes are shared by the whole house, which lets you compose a coherent selection without buying a closed range.

Minimum quantity per reference

Each reference also carries its own minimum quantity, from one to eight pieces depending on the piece and its size. It is shown beside every line of the wholesale price list.

Personalisation

Personalisation covers engraving with initials or a monogram, a decor drawn for you, a glaze outside the standard palette, and pieces created for a venue. It comes on top of the minimum order, it does not replace it.

Allow six to ten weeks after the prototypes are approved, against six to eight for catalogue pieces.

Making and lead times

Every piece is shaped and glazed by hand in Morocco, to order. Allow six to eight weeks between order confirmation and readiness, depending on the season and the volume.

Local holiday periods slow the workshops for a few days and can stretch that lead time. If your order is affected, we tell you before you place it.

Delivery

Wholesale prices are FCA Casablanca, BEŶT premises, Incoterms 2020.

We arrange the shipment for you: forwarder, packing, documents. Freight, insurance, import duties and taxes are recharged to you at cost, they are never built into the price of the pieces. Risk passes when the goods are handed to the carrier in Casablanca.

If you would rather put the shipment in the hands of your own forwarder, you can: tell us, and we settle the terms together.

What handmade means here

Every piece is unique. The shade of a glaze, its gloss, the thickness of a painted line and the dimensions vary slightly from one piece to the next and from one firing to the next. These variations are not defects, they are the workshop's signature, and no catalogue photograph can render them exactly.

Pieces with a painted decor do not exist in the white Néroli: the decor does not read on it. Plain and carved pieces exist in all seventeen glazes.

Ordering

Write to contact@beyt.ma with your company name and your city. We send you the catalogue and the wholesale price list, then a quotation built from your selection. The order is firm once the signed quotation reaches us.
