This site sets no cookies
No advertising trackers, no profiling, no social buttons that follow you. No resource is loaded from any domain other than our own. That is why you will never see a cookie consent banner here: there is nothing for you to accept.
The order form keeps your order on your own device
One page is an exception, the trade order page, reserved for our stockists. While you build your order, your browser keeps a copy of it on your side, in its local storage: your selection and your details, a technical identifier, of the form cde-…, that ties your progress to a single order, and the language you chose, French or English, so that the page comes back to you in that language. That is what lets you close the tab, come back the next day and find your work where you left it.
None of this is a cookie, none of it is readable by a third party, and none of it serves to recognise you elsewhere or to measure an audience. These items are the very service you asked for, and as such they require no prior consent. They stay on your device until you clear the site data in your browser, which you may do at any time: the page then starts again from an empty order.
What the page sends us, for its part, is limited to the progress of the order, so that we know it has been started and can help you if it stalls: your store name and the details you entered, the number of references, the number of pieces and the total. We receive nothing about your browsing on the rest of the site.
Anonymous audience measurement
We count page views with the measurement tool built into Vercel, our host. It works without cookies and without any lasting identifier. It records the page viewed, the country, the device type, the browser and the site you arrived from. Your IP address is not kept: it only serves, for the duration of the request, to produce an anonymous identifier that changes every day. So this measurement cannot recognise you from one visit to the next, and cannot follow you across other sites. We use it to know which pages are read and to check that the site displays correctly everywhere.
What we collect
Apart from the anonymous measurement described above, only what you give us yourself, through one of the forms on this site. There is no other collection.
- Trade catalogue download: your business e-mail address and your company name.
- Maison & Objet appointment: your first and last name, your business e-mail address, your company, your city and country, and your preferred day or a message.
- Trade order form: your company name, your business details as you enter them, including the delivery address and phone number, and the content of your order.
- Booking pieces or a seat at an event: your name or your company's, your e-mail address, your phone number if you choose to give it, your message and what you book.
We never receive your payment details. When a booking is paid online, payment takes place on PayPal's site, which processes your payment data under its own responsibility. We collect no sensitive data.
Why
To answer your enquiry, send you the catalogue, arrange an appointment, prepare and deliver your order, hold your booking, and keep you informed about our trade collections. The legal bases are the performance of your order or booking when you place one, your consent, given when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in a business-to-business commercial relationship. You can ask us at any time to stop sending you news: a simple reply to one of our e-mails is enough.
For how long
Three years from our last exchange, then deletion. If a commercial relationship begins, for the length of that relationship, plus the accounting and tax retention periods required by law.
Who else has access
A few technical providers, and no data brokers.
- Formsubmit delivers the catalogue and appointment forms to our mailbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our e-mail and the spreadsheets where orders and bookings arrive.
- PayPal collects bookings paid online.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides the anonymous audience measurement described above. Its server logs briefly record visitors' IP addresses, as any host does.
We do not sell, rent or trade any data, to anyone, under any circumstances.
Where your data is processed
The site is hosted outside Morocco. Your data may therefore be processed in the European Union and in the United States, by the providers named above.
Your rights
At any time you may ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion, its portability, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent. Write to contact@beyt.ma and we will answer within thirty days.
In Morocco, law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data gives you a right of complaint to the CNDP.
